I specialize in macronutrient-based nutrition (flexible dieting), progressive-overload strength training, mindset coaching, and structured goal-setting. My clients range from everyday lifestyle clients to competitive athletes, runners, pageant contestants, and fit-model/bikini competitors. Each client receives a truly personalized approach based on their needs, goals, schedule, and environment.

Here you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions my clients ask before starting their health and fitness journey. My goal is to help you feel fully informed, supported, and confident as you take your next steps.
Email with video replies to add a face, voice, and personal element to the process. Each week I’ll review your updates—metrics, macros, training notes, photos, and any comments/questions you’ve added. From there, I assess your progress and make any adjustments needed to your macros, training plan, or weekly goals. You receive personalized recommendations, mindset support, and lifestyle guidance.
No. I provide macronutrient guidelines so you can choose the foods you want. I’ll help you with structure and recommendations, but I do not create strict meal plans. I practice Flexible Dieting. We focus on sustainable, balanced choices that work for real life — no rigid rules or restrictions.
Everyone progresses at a different pace, depending on consistency, goals, and starting point. Most clients begin noticing subtle changes in energy, strength, and routine within a few weeks, with more visible body changes typically appearing over 6–12 weeks. Consistency is the biggest factor in how quickly results show.
No. Training programs can be designed for home or gym settings. All levels are welcome, and every plan is adapted to your comfort, experience, and equipment access.
Communication is key! Clients are welcome to reach out between check-ins with questions, concerns, or needed motivation.
Yes!
Absolutely! I am honored to share that I have helped clients all over the world, from the US to Canada, Europe to Australia, and even into Asia. Main communication is through email or WhatsApp.
